That video probably is not meant to offend you, they probably have no idea who Mr. Sausage Man is, and that thing is actually just a pizza with sausage on it anyway. That video is only made as a joke for other people to laugh at (Not at Mr. Sausage Man). So, it's just a big coincidence.
